During the process of installing your diagnostic systems, your clinic team will receive training on correct instrument use and on general laboratory diagnostic processes, such as pre-analysis. In addition, we also regularly offer continuing education courses on a variety of relevant topics that will benefit any medical professional.

Our full-service agreement will have you covered on all fronts and relieve all of your concerns. The largest team of technical personnel in Switzerland, a free helpline, and expert contact partners will ensure that you always receive the best possible service.

Never spend more than you earn: We invoice based on the number of billable analyses you run. You will benefit from a simple, monthly bill and pay only for reimbursed analyses.
No initial investment required: When you conclude a partnership agreement with us, we will provide you with the necessary medical laboratory portfolio for testing the parameters you need. All of the reagents, quality control materials, and consumables (capillary cups, pipette tips, etc.) will be included at no extra charge.
A full-service medical lab for delivering point-of-care services: You will be able to serve your patients quickly and right in your clinic.
