Blood count - easier than ever

You take 2 drops of whole blood (2 x 20 µl) with the convenient sampler, insert the sampler into the cartridge and insert the cartridge into the Hemoscreen in a simple and uncomplicated way. No sample preparation or pipetting is necessary. The Hemoscreen requires no warm-up time and is therefore immediately ready for use. Both calibration and rinsing are eliminated with this compact hematology blood analyzer. With its small dimensions of 26cm depth, 17.5cm width and 30cm height, the Hemoscreen hematology analyzer fits into absolutely any POCT setting. The low weight of 5.5kg completes its compactness, also in appearance.

Networked blood analyzer

With its HL7 and POCT1-A interface, the Hemoscreen can be connected to your software, such as Axenita. Optionally, you can connect a printer and barcode reader to the device itself. If you do not use a barcode reader, you can enter the sample ID directly on the intuitive touch screen.

The Hemoscreen Analyzer has been validated by numerous scientific peer-reviewed studies. It is also FDA approved, ETL marked (US & Canada), TGA approved (Australia), AMAR (Israel) and CE certified (IVDD Directive) for both venous and capillary blood. Through its patented technique, viscoelastic focusing, the Hemoscreen provides reliable results in the analysis of blood with the highest standards. The technique causes cells to align perfectly in a single plane. Using machine vision and appropriate algorithms combined with artificial intelligence, the images can be analyzed and the different cell types distinguished and counted. Luebocytes are automatically stained before analysis to distinguish them between subtypes and abnormal cells. The HGB value is calculated based on the density measured on single and intact cells.
