I have previously purchased the device and associated reagents from a partner. What do I need to do now?I
In principle, we work with all certified diagnostic partners in Switzerland, so you should be able to purchase the device and asscociated reagents without any problems.
If you no longer receive reagents through your previous ordering channel, you can now obtain all reagents and accessories for the QuikRead go through the Axonlab online shop.
I have heard that the device is outdated and that reagents will soon be unavailable. Is this true?
No, the QuikRead go model is a modern, high quality diagnostic device for which you will still be able to obtain all materials, such as reagent kits, from the Axonlab online shop.
