Terms and Conditions – Transfairency Contest

1. Eligibility
Participation is open to all natural persons aged 18 or over with residence in Switzerland or a member state of the European Union.

2. Participation period
The contest runs until 31 December 2026. Entries submitted after this date will not be considered.

3. Participation requirements
Participation takes place by entering a valid prize code from a Transfairency test tube on the contest website.
Each code entered counts as one entry and increases the chances of winning.

An additional prize code may be requested via email at marketing@axonlab.com.
A maximum of one code per person will be issued via this channel.

4. Winner selection and notification
Winners will be selected at random and notified by email or telephone no later than 30 April 2027.
If no response is received within 14 days, the prize claim will be forfeited.

5. Prizes
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be paid out in cash.

6. Data protection
Personal data collected as part of the participation process will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the contest and will be processed in accordance with the data protection regulations of Axon Lab AG.

7. Liability
Axon Lab AG accepts no liability for technical disruptions or failures that may affect participation in the contest, or for any damages related to participation.

8. Changes and termination
Axon Lab AG reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances arise.

9. Exclusion from participation
Employees of Axon Lab AG and their relatives are excluded from participation.

10. Miscellaneous
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the contest. Legal recourse is excluded.
