What motivated you to join Axonlab 20 years ago?

How have you developed over time, and what changes have you experienced?
„Over the past 20 years, I’ve learned an incredible amount technically, especially in supporting complex analytical systems.“

„The varied mix of technology, customer interaction, and teamwork – and the collegiality within the team.“
Is there a project or moment that stands out in your memory?
„There have been many great moments, but what I remember most are the projects where we found challenging technical solutions together with our customers.“
What advice would you give someone just starting at Axonlab?
„Be curious, ask lots of questions, and don’t hesitate to ask for support – everyone here is happy to help.“
Which three things would you take to a desert island?
„Binoculars, a multifunctional tool, and plenty of pistachios.“

„I think the whole team in Austria deserves this award. We’ve gone through many changes together, celebrated successes, and tackled challenges – that creates strong bonds.“
