Important information: Fake e-mails

Dear customers,

Recently, there have been an increasing number of reports of fake e-mails circulating. The addresses of these forged e-mails have been changed. The falsified senders are practically identical to the actual addresses (for example firstname.lastname@axoniab.com instead of firstname.lastname @axonlab.com).

Changed, false bank details or information about changed bank details can circulate in these fake emails. Axonlab has not changed the bank details and does not intend to do so in the near future. Axonlab's previously valid bank details remain unchanged and are still valid.

We therefore ask you

• To pay particular attention to the e-mail address when receiving invoices: Is the e-mail address known and is the company name spelled correctly?
• If you are unsure or unclear about bank details, please contact your personal customer advisor or our accounting department by phone.
