Lukas Hadorn will be the new CEO of Axon Lab AG from 1 November 2022

Lukas Hadorn has been appointed the new CEO of Axon Lab AG and will replace Roland Steger on 1 November. Roland Steger remains the Chairman of the Board of Directors and a shareholder of the company.

Roland Steger established the Company with headquarters in Baden-Dättwil in 1990 and successfully managed it for over 30 years. The company started with two employees and has developed into a MedTech company with over 400 employees in ten European countries over the last three decades. The change in management means that Lukas Hadorn will assume overall responsibility for the Axonlab Group from 1 November 2022.
With Lukas Hadorn there will be a young, dynamic personality at the head of Axonlab. He is experienced in management and sales in large corporations, but as a former CEO of an SME in the field of automation solutions, he also understands the challenges and development potentials of smaller and medium-sized companies. Furthermore, his international work experience and fluency in several languages reflects well to Axonlab, which conducts business throughout Europe.
Lukas Hadorn is a member of the digital generation and has a master’s degree in the field of management and strategy from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Lukas Hadorn will take full advantage of his experience in several industrial sectors and corporate structures to further develop the company, focusing on further establishing Axonlab in a future-oriented and visionary way.
