Why did you decide to join the company 20 years ago?
NAfter taking time off to raise my children, it was important to me to return to work. I have always been interested in the industry because it is exciting, forward-looking, and diverse.
How have you developed over time?
In recent years, i have continuously developed both professionally and personally, taken on new tasks, and experienced many changes, which I have always seen as opportunities.
What do you particularly appreciate about your work?
I particularly appreciate the flexibility, the varied work in different areas, and the good teamwork.
What advice would you give to someone just starting at Axon?
Be open, ask questions, and take advantage of the variety of opportunities within the company. Good teamwork helps a lot when settling in.
What special talent do you have that many people dont know about
I am a good listener, helpful, and have a good sense of when someone needs support, often before they even ask for it.
What three things would you take with you to a desert island?
My family, a good book, and a good, strong coffee.
