The Axonlab Christmas Tree Workshop

It was just before Christmas at the busy Axonlab workshop. The elves were hard at work preparing final orders for their customers.

At this point they had already sent out 80,062 packages – and there would be many more before the end of the year, for the orders kept coming.

With each package that they prepared, their thoughts were on providing the best possible service for their customers.

“It’s crazy how much we’ve managed to accomplish this year,” said a proud Axie looking around at her elf colleagues.

“Our customers have awarded us 4 out of 5 stars, both for the ordering process in our web shop and for the cool Axonlab app – that really makes us happy!”

And Nita, the head customer management elf, added, “And you know what’s even cooler? This year we passed the 1,000-customer mark for our Axenita medical practice software! What a smashing success for us!”

Yet the elves’ joy was suddenly interrupted by a gentle knock at the door. It was Father Christmas, but his face looked sad when he entered.

“My dear Axonlab elves,” he said, “I need your help. Sadly, we don’t have nearly enough trees for everyone to have a beautiful Christmas tree. What should I do?”

His helpers looked around, puzzled looks on their faces.
It was quiet for a moment, but then Nita had a brainwave:

“What do you say we grow our own Christmas tree? And our packages could include tins with little evergreen trees in them that our customers can raise themselves!”

Father Christmas beamed. “Brilliant! You elves always have such good solutions for everything. And as a little bonus, we’ll enter the prettiest tree photos in a raffle where the winner will receive a gift certificate for a team lunch for their practice!”

“What an awesome surprise!” cried the elves in unison. Quickly, they packed the little tins in each package.

At the end of the year, they sat back and enjoyed a nice, hot cocoa and looked back on their work.

“What a year!” said Axie looking around at her colleagues. “Not only did we deliver products to our customers – we also offered real solutions! Just like it says in our company mission: We care. And we focussed on their needs all the way.”

Nita nodded in agreement: “We never could have done it without our customers. We are so grateful to them for their trust and wish them the merriest of holiday seasons.

The elves ended their workday with a smile and a warm hug, satisfied with what they had achieved and filled with anticipation for the holidays to come.
