Axon-Donation-Trail at the SVA - Davos Congress from 1 - 3 November 2024
Thanks to the hard work of the participants in the Axon Donation Trail during the SVA - Davos Congress from 1 to 3 November 2024, we were able to collect a total of CHF 1,200 in donations.Many thanks to all visitors who looked for our partners' stands in the exhibition halls and solved the challenging quizzes.
This donation will go to the allani children's hospice in Bern and will be used to purchase a height-adjustable bathtub.
This installation will allow seriously ill children to simply be children and enjoy a relaxed and safe bathing experience.

More information about the allani children's hospice: Many children in Switzerland live with incurable diseases that are often life-shortening. This places an enormous emotional and physical burden on these children and their families. The medical care and support they need is complex and requires specialised facilities. The allani in Bern was the first children's hospice in Switzerland to open in August 2024. It offers space for up to eight seriously ill children and their families. Children's hospices are not covered by law at either federal or cantonal level and receive no financial support from the public sector. The allani children's hospice is therefore 100 per cent dependent on donations for its construction and ongoing operation. |
