A compact system for carrying out isothermal amplification (LAMP) with real-time detection of target nucleic acid sequences based on fluorescence - for the clarification of infectious questions from primary or secondary material using the corresponding eazyplex® test kits (company AmplexDiagnostics GmbH /D). 2 modules independent of each other process 2 samples.

The eazyplex® System is a sophisticated and powerful test system for the detection of the most relevant pathogens in the hospital setting. The extremely efficient isothermal amplification:

  • Is performed and detected in real- time
  • The molecular detection allows the definitive result in 15 to 30 minutes
  • A freeze dried amplification reaction
  • Ready to use
  • Can be stored direct in any workplace at room temperature
  • No extra preparing of buffers or reactions
  • No DNA/RNA extraction
  • 2 min sample preparation
